The inaugural session of our Chaplaincy Training will be conducted live via Zoom and recorded as the instructor teaches. These recordings will be professionally edited and later added to our on-demand Chaplaincy Video Course. Meet Your Instructor
With decades of experience in ministry, leadership, and education, Pastor Frank Crank brings a unique blend of pastoral insight, academic training, and real-world application to every course he teaches.
As a Senior Master Instructor and former Regional Coordinator for the International Association of Community Service Chaplains, he has trained countless leaders to serve “outside the gates”—bringing hope and care into the heart of communities.
With a strong background in Christian higher education, he’s held roles including Athletic Director, Coach, Instructor, Dean of Students, and Associate Dean at institutions such as West Coast Christian College, East Coast Bible College, California Christian College, and Patten University. His leadership in church planting and revitalization has helped ministries across Arizona and beyond find renewed vision and direction.
He holds degrees from Lee University, Church of God Theological Seminary, West Coast Bible College, and other respected institutions. But beyond titles and credentials, his greatest joy has always been helping people grow—whether that’s in a classroom, a sanctuary, or a training session.
